With summer around the corner, we are all too familiar with the unpredictable climate we experience here in the UK, and it can even be the same story over on the European mainland. That’s why we decided to look further afield for our summer adventures, somewhere where the temperatures are hotter and the experiences are more exotic, and fell in love with these wonderful boutique hotels across Africa and Asia.

From traditional Indian festivals in humid Hyderabad to fresh seafood pasta by the Sorrentine Peninsula, he appreciates variety when travelling. He hasn't been everywhere, but it’s on the list.
